The final price, scope of works and deadlines are determined exclusively in an official construction contract signed by both parties after our engineer has inspected the property.

The virtual manager is not authorised to conclude contracts or to provide legally or technically binding guarantees on behalf of the Company.

If there is any discrepancy between the virtual manager's reply and information provided by a real Company employee, the employee's information prevails.
